Customer Management, as Ingarden is dedicated to the sale of decorative items and Artificial Plants, Trees and Gardens, as well as the provision of accessory services, such as transport and assembly, through showrooms and the online store, of items marketed by them, the processing of their data is necessary for the fulfillment of the purchase and sale contract or the provision of services to be concluded or for the carrying out of pre-contractual measures at the client's request, such as budgeting

ii. Marketing or Telemarketing, Ingarden may process the personal data collected to send the respective holder information about products and services sold by it. This processing of personal data will only be carried out with the express consent of the holder, given in particular when creating a customer record in store, an online account through our website or by subscribing to our newsletter. If you consent, you will receive marketing communications via email, post, telephone and/or SMS. Personal data collected for this purpose will be kept for 2 years of inactivity.

iii. Definition of profiles, Ingarden performs the definition of profiles based on information related to purchases made in our showrooms and/or in our online store, recording the products purchased, amounts paid, date and time, as well as the place of purchase.
